The hotel was clean and just about the right walking distance from the sooks So quiet and peaceful inside I also had a hammam and massage which was also wonderful. "The staff at Riad Andalla Spa is extremely caring and kind, especially with making sure you & family feel safe and have what you need. Cars are able to drop off very nearby, so the walk with suitcases is very easy (no mazes), they hired reliable drivers. In addition Abdullah was extremely kind and helpful in terms of advice on how to deal with safety and haggling prices in the nearby souks. The building has really beautiful art, and the Riad itself is a really nice place to relax, with many beautiful sitting rooms throughout the Riad. The dinner, although somewhat pricey, was really fantastic - again very attentive and kind staff. Some words on how accommodating the staff were: clear and easy communication with staff through the Expedia app. At both dinner and the complimentary breakfast, they put a lot of effort into ensuring there was gluten free dishes for my wife (Celiac’s). My parents needed somewhere to wait for their flight for ~5 hours, and there was no problem with bringing them with the driver, staying at the Riad until the afternoon and getting them a driver to the airport. I really felts my family was safe and taken care of - huge compliments to the staff for a wonderful atmosphere!"

"Most beautiful place in Marrakech! We visited Royal Mansour which is supposedly a higher end than Oberoi. Oberoi was by far better than Royal Mansour based on staff and the grounds. The staff was so wonderful at Oberoi. Our vacation in Marrakech was perfect due to our stay at this hotel. "

"Me & my partner have just come to the end of our 9 night stay in this hotel and all I have to say is we will be back! Easy check in & out. Facilities are always kept clean, including our room which was cleaned everyday & given fresh towels which we really liked. Food had a good variety to it. We enjoyed that there were activities you could join in throughout the day. Evening entertainment was good, animation team do their best to try keep it fun for all ages :) Lastly a massive shoutout to all the staff! You really cannot fault them, everyone we encountered were all very polite & helpful which made our stay even better. Ismail & a young lady in particular (so sorry I didn’t get your name) who work in the buffet restaurant were so good to us while dining! Making sure everything was okay & drinks were topped up (even remembered what we drank so we never need to say, drinks would just come over to us) - Small things like this made our stay so easy & enjoyable which is just what we wanted.
