"Great hotel just a little walk to the rail station. There's also a shuttle service to and from Haneda Airport. The hotel was very clean and housekeeping was done everyday. Like that the check-in and out is with people, can't stand self check-in machines. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of great little restaurant around, we recommend Tagoto, a soba restaurant and Shun'ya, an izakaya restaurant. Both were very accommodating to non-Japanese speaking people."

"I had an amazing time at this hotel, beyond all the amenities. The environment was great. Had no problems. Staff spoke English well and was kind. Wifi worked great. The free meal options were money savers. It was a pleasure staying here solo. Would definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Japan solo! I did get the bigger capsule they doesn't have a tv.
