"First of all, my reservation itself was not communicated to the Hotel. An obviously, my early-checkin request was also not communicated to the Hotel. This is purely the service provider's problem and I have been having 2nd such bad experience with your site. Hotel itself was unclean. Room was extremely small. No WiFi !! Area is bad. "The hotel rooms are not clean , the first room I got had a broken door in the bathroom, the toilet covers are all spoilt, even after shifting the room the same problem, a bad odor stays , and most horrible was the breakfast, although it was complimentary I had to ask multiple times to get breakfast.
