"First impressions on arrival were 'Wow this place is very nice' The staff were immediately helpful and spoke excellent English. Our room was spotlessly clean and looks like it's been refurbished recently. The bed firm but comfortable. I didn't watch the TV but a large one is there if you need it. The bathroom is quality, the shower absolutely the best. A proper rain shower, I liked very much. Breakfast was superb, great coffee and everything you could want to eat or drink is there for you to take as much as you like. The location is about 50 metres from the sea front where there is a large beach and lovely easy to swim in section of Atlantic coast. All in all this has been one of the best experiences for holidaying. I hope to return."

"This was a great place to stay for our couple of days exploring San Sebastian. Its just outside the centre but a lovely walk through a pretty park into the centre. We had a basic room which had everything we needed and a lovely bathroom. kettle etc. Pool was really lovely and we also has a really nice lunch in the restaurant. Would go back."

"El personal en general muy atento. Solo tuvimos inconvenientes al momento del desayuno , no atendían , estaban sobrepasados y hasta me hablaron de mala gana cuando pedí agua caliente por q la dispuesta no lo estaba. Y me hicieron esperar 20 minutos. Luego todo el resto excepcional."

"The apartment was clean and comfortable, albeit really narrow. The toilet and showers were also clean and the shower was really good. Reception staff was friendly but were only there from 2pm, so check out at 9am was a bit confusing as we weren’t sure where to leave the room keys (we place them behind the reception counter). There is a bus that goes to San Sebastián which illegibly comes every 15-20mins, but we waited almost half an hour for it! Parking proved challenging after 7pm, although others options in the area were suggested by reception staff. Overall we had a good night sleep and should we return we definitely travel by car to the capital in our own car."

"Cozy property located in the park. It is a bit of an uphill walk from train or bus stop so requires some degree of physical fitness. Room is comfortable, functional and immaculately clean. The only downside was lack of hot water which made taking a shower somewhat tricky."

"No amenities or even how to get hot water to drink my tea at night, Juan, the attendant was very nice and help us get out luggage since it was on a 3rd floor which they call 2nd floor, No elevator, public transportation was a block away and they thad supermarkets and cafe,s around, I think for the price , it’s pretty good, they just need a common area for guests like every other hostel with a microwave and a pot to boil water , thanks Jusn fir your help, Annie"
