They will only come in and switch out towels and make beds if staying 5 days minimum according to desk staff. You can ask for trash to be removed. Outside of this one thing to note everything else was wonderful

The bed on the first night was broken and apparently the staff knew about this. Also, though some of the cleaning ladies were nice, one particular one put a do not disturb tag on our door when we wanted our room clean. The manager quickly addressed the broken bed issue by moving us and offering a small discount. Overall, it was an okay experience. The kids enjoyed the pool and the location of the hotel.

The access to an EV charger was the deciding factor. Almost perfect. Review lost a star because the food staff was horrible. Nothing is more disrespectful than being talked down about a waffle machine by a guy with a chef tag. He mentioned how how only he can use the waffle machine, when there are no signs around then proceeded to show some ridiculous way to use it. The sandwiches were mislabeled. Few signs for disposing trash and recycling.

The sheets on the bed were all pilled and seemed cheap and old which made them feel gross. There was also a stain on the mattress pad in the pull out couch. Overall was clean, or at least whipped down.

The room and property itself is excellent. The desk staff needs some work. 1. We needed to iron a item. However, the iron in the room did not heat. We took the iron to the desk and requested a different iron. The desk clerk acted like it was an inconvenience. 2. The bathroom has bottles of sower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We booked a 2 night stay. While in the middle of the shower on the second day, the shampoo ran out. There are viewing lines on each container, not sure why the staff did not fill the bottles between bookings. 3. The breakfast was ok, but there are limited Keto options. No fresh cooked eggs or meat.

Overall, the hotel was decent. The people were friendly and helpful. The location was central to shopping and restaurants. The sound proofing between floors is not good. You could hear every movement coming from the room above ours. The breakfast was quite minimal with limited quantities of items that they do provide. The coffee was very watered down. I think there must be cost cutting going on which is not uncommon these days in the hospitality industry.

We could not get on the top floor so it was hard to sleep and then we got two rooms and there where people above my children doing adult things so loud the kids didn’t even want to be in there room. That is disgusting and just disrespectful I get it it’s a hotel but being more quite and have respect for other families and children would have been nice

Ladies getaway!
Will stay again. Maximus was very efficient, helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a great variety. The room was clean and we liked having the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash hanging in the shower.

Great breakfast choices. Very clean overall. In our room lotion was all over the outside of the bottle. Did not refill toilet paper only half a roll was in the room when we checked in
