It was quite a nice stay in the Memmo Baleeira. It was quiet at times, but luckily that meant there was always good availability of sunbeds outside. There were quite a few kids there and the pool, although large was taken up by them jumping and playing in it (and being quite noisy). They do cater for kids (I should have checked when booking) so avoid this place if you're looking for a quieter break.
The rooms were ok, there were a few things broken (hairdryer, key card slot in the wall), the beds were comfortable but the pillows were not - the innards felt old and in need of replacing.
I had a good size balcony, but a tiny table, which I'm sure worked for some of the smaller spaces, but really could have done with a larger one to make better use of the space.
Direct access to the beach from the hotel was nice and the staff were all very friendly.
Breakfast was ok - you have 30 min slots you need to book. The food had a reasonable variety, but there was no change day to day, so by day 5 I was a little bored of the options.
We ate dinner at the hotel once and was disaponted with the quality of the food for the price.
I'd probably not return here, but that's mostly to do with the location being quite remote and the wind making it colder, so I would do more research next time.
