"The shower curtain smelled musty and I could tell the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned regularly. The bed is comfortable and the property is easy to access. The $10/night parking fee is kind of lame and $75 for a pet to stay one night was too much, but I would still stay again for a longer stay."

"This was a great property for our large, extended family. There were ample bedrooms, enough space for us to not feel cramped, and the location was quiet while also being convenient to Seattle transit.The kitchen and dining spaces more than met our needs. There were comfortable couches to unwind as a group.The hosts were very clear with their communication (before and during our stay) and their expectations of us were stated plainly.The property was clean when we arrived and the laundry was a very nice bonus available to us after a long road trip from the East Coast.As an added bonus: our group included small children and there was a large room in the basement where they could safely play without fear of hurting themselves or anything in the house."

"Very quiet and serene neighborhood. Easy access to beautiful Lake Sammamish landing and trails. Easy access to Seattle via Redmond train station. The cottage is clean and amenities were great. One thing that would make this property even better is updating the sofa/couch in the living room. The sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. Highly recommended the host and property; will book this again whenever our travels bring us to this area."

"This is our second time staying at this beautiful property on the lake. The location is extremely convenient to restaurants/stores but feels like it’s miles away from stress and worry. Sitting by the water is extremely relaxing, as well as gorgeous. The view of Mount Ranier in the distance is spectacular. We enjoyed using the paddle boards and taking advantage of evening dinners on the deck. Communication with the host is excellent. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone staying in the Seattle area."

"Here’s a polished version that keeps your enthusiasm while making it flow a bit more naturally.The Cottage is an amazing, tranquil gem! We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated all of the thoughtful extras, including the beach towels, kayaks, welcome basket, and more. The beds were exceptionally comfortable—even the pullout couch! The kitchenette is well stocked with everything needed to prepare a full meal, and the outdoor seating provides the perfect spot to enjoy dinner while taking in the beautiful surroundings.Bottom line: this property is impeccably maintained. It’s clear the hosts take great pride in creating a welcoming experience and have thought of every detail to ensure their guests feel at home.For outdoor enthusiasts, the location couldn’t be better. A walking, biking, and running trail is just steps from the front door, making it easy to get outside and enjoy the area.We travel to this area every other year, and we sincerely hope The Cottage is available for all of our future visits. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed getaway."
