"Our tent was spacious, very clean and aircon was working properly. The grounds are impeccably kept and the natural pool + views are wonderful. Dinner is varied and delicious (only eastern options available) while breakfast is simpler, with variation only in eastern options. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. However, note that the markup on experiences and car transfers is significant. "

"Stay was good. Raft room was lovely. Lacked hand towels and soap in the bathroom, but otherwise nice. Restaurant was fine for breakfast and dinner."

"I was there with my family for our vacation. We loved the hotel because it made us feel like we were in the jungle. However, if you’re thinking about getting a Thai massage at the hotel, I suggest going somewhere else. My mom and I were very disappointed with the service; I think they really need more training. Also most of the employees there are Burmese, not Thai."

"When I arrived they were surprised and couldn't find my booking but was booked fairly late that was OK. The views of the river are incredible but I have stayed many times on the river and all have a great view - room was small and very old but direct riverside so nice - they have nicer rooms - breakfast I didn't eat - dinner I didn't eat - whole place felt tired and unloved - I arrived late and left early - needs a bit of life put back into it because views and position are incredible"
