"일단 체크인 할 때부터 직원분들이 아주 친절하셨습니다. 방도 다른 숙소에 비해 넓었고 화장실, 세면대, 샤워실이 분리되어 있는 부분도 사용하기에 편했습니다. 이전에 묵었던 숙소에 비해 젊은 감각의 숙소라고 느껴졌습니다. 그렇다고 젊은 사람들만 사용하기 편하다는 느낌은 아니고 조용하면서도 유쾌한 분이기였습니다. 아주 만족합니다."

"Beautiful hotel with lots of food options nearby. 7/11 across the street, udon, katsu, sushi are all within walking distance. Dotonburi area is a 15 min walk. Rooms are spacious and modern. Free coffee, juice, teas was always available on the lobby. Train station close by too. Only downfall was there was no airport transportation except for taxis. Expensive ride Itami airport. I’d definitely stay here again."

"From courteous staff to delicious breakfast, the location was a perfect stay for my girlfriend and I! Plus, it is connected to the Osaka/umeda stations - which made transportation easy! In addition, it is about 20 minutes to Dotonbori (location with great food, street vendors, glico man sign). I highly recommend this location if it’s your first time in Osaka, Japan like us! "El staff es super buena onda, increiblemente amabes; por mucho más que en el promedio que de por sí es muy bueno. Me encantó el tamaño del cuarto y la vista. Lo mejor definitivamente fue el buffet. 100% vale la pena porque tiene todas las opciones. Las almohadas y la cama fueron de lo mejor también entonces 5 estrellas en ese aspecto. El checkin y la introducción para entender los diferentes aspectos como el buffet, el control para el aire o para abrir las persianas automáticas, también muy buenas. Lo único que cambiaría sería que quizás hay ciertos aspectos dentro de la habitación que la hacen sentirse vieja y quizás hasta sucia. Es una cuestión sólo de percepción: en parte por la alfombra y no sé, hay algunos toques en el diseño de interior que podrían hacerlo sentir un poco más moderno pero de ahí en fuera todo lo demás impecable. "
