Well, the agent at the front desk was wonderful. I didn't have any soap in my bathroom. I got in the shower and had to get out, get dressed and go ask for some. He brought it right away. Then, I didn't have a hair dryer, so I went back to the office and he brought one to me! It wasn't anything catastrophic, but kind of a pain....Otherwise, the rooms were clean and everything was fine.

Pour le prix, c’est selon moi le meilleur hébergement qu’on puisse avoir. Le service y est excellent, les chambres sont bien équipées et le déjeuner est délicieux. J’ai apprécié les grandes fenêtres et le bon confort du matelas. J’ai aussi aimé les différents usages de la télévision et les nombreux services offerts à l’accueil. On s’y sent bien et l’emplacement est idéal, près du centre-ville de Toulouse. En somme, c’est un endroit qu’on habite vraiment.

"This hotel is in an historic old Abby. The property is over 500 years old and they've done a very good job of repurposing it. The room that we stayed in was a little tired and could use some care but in general the property was nice. They did seem a bit understaffed and getting a drink at the bar ..."
