Perfect location, friendly staff. Room had dust under the radiator and caulk in the shower had mold. As did the windowsill in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. No view out the Windows and hall way was pitch black until you walked a few feet into it. Slept well. Appreciated the ceiling fan and AC.

The front desk staff was very helpful, kind and well informed. Breakfast was excellent. The walking proximity to both L’Arc de Triumph and the Place de Trocadero make this an ideal hotel to enjoy Paris.

Nice boutique hotel in a nice location by the Louve for a 2-day stayover. Manager Soufiane was EXTREMLY helpful, allowing us to store our luggage, places to see, and actually helping us book our shuttle bus for Ryan Air departure. He wasstay over.
Room was typical European size but very clean and comfortable. Had to use stairs to get to room, but once again, Soufiono and staff offered assistance. Suggest taking his advise on local places to go for coffee and lunch. Big Bus night tour was worth the price.

"When I booked, breakfast was noted as included. They told me at check-out that this was an error on the booking app and refused to honour it. The app still shows breakfast as included for future bookings. Hotel blamed app and said it is often wrong. They also put a different rate for parking on invoice ..."
