"We checked in late into a room and realised that there were food leftovers from previous guests in the refrigerator. The oven and Refrigerator both didn’t seem to work. We were given a second room and found that there were hair strands on the microwave oven, dust and coffee stains on the bed side table and the bathroom door was broken, resulting in door not closing. Room hygiene and cleanliness were basic expectations which this hotel failed to provide. Really disappointed with our stay. Because it was late we ordered food online and asked for some basic cutlery to which we were told they ran out of paper plates and spoons. Failed to meet basic expectations!!"

"Very small room and no drink making facilities or fridge, only option onsite was to purchase drinks. I know that it may not have fitted the aesthetics and it is a beautiful hotel and kept clean but some basic room amenities would have been nice when you're there longer than 1 night. I only interacted with 2 staff members when checking in and out but they were helpful and friendly. Downstairs was busy in the bar area which was no problem in terms of noise but unfortunately some people clearly have no concept of turning the volume down when going to their rooms. Location was great and right next to the people mover. Also, minor note but it would have been nice if the hall lights were just a touch brighter.."

"From the moment I checked in I was greeted with an attitude of indifference boarding annoyance, from that moment on I couldn’t help but notice how poorly run and maintained this facility is. MGM and, or Marriott ought to drop this facility from their portfolio and leave it to the same dogs that took this once proud city from 3.89 million residents down to 680,000 residents in a matter of twenty years. Complete bleep hole…and I wasn’t here to gamble, so this review isn’t that. This entire enterprise is a heap of trash."
