"The house was very well equipped and a great set-up for us. We used all the seating areas, the pool, the grassy garden with the adirondack chairs, the picnic table, the patio table right outside the kitchen. It was so fun. We all enjoyed it so much. The location was ideal! We rented E-Bikes from Libery-Cycle which were awesome. We rode all over the Dordogne Valley on the bike trails. We will recommend this place to all our friends and family. "We stayed the Alienor gite, just outside the lovely village of Lanquais near the Dordogne river. Our host Ann is really excellent host. The house is excellent - all the comforts of home, plenty of space, great welcome supplies, spotlessly cleane, nice and cool in the really hot recent weather and excellent value for money. The site up on the side of a wooded hill was really quiet and relaxing, had great views and lovely countryside or riverside walks. The large private garden and facilities...

Tout était parfait : maison super équipée avec tout pour se sentir comme à la maison (barbecue, piscine chauffée, transats, table de ping pong, pétanque … nous avons été très bien accueillis par une hôte très sympa avec plein de petites attentions, dont les croissants au petit dej du 1er jour. Très bel endroit si on cherche du calme entouré de nature (grands espaces, vaches, une belle vue le matin) tout en disposant de services de proximité à 10 mn en voiture. Dans l'ensemble la maison et le terrain sont bien, et bien situés mais l'annonce n'est pas claire sur plusieurs points et cela pourrait nuire fortement à d'autres voyageurs :- il est mentionné qu'il y a 5 chambres alors qu'il n'y en a que 4, ce n'est vraiment pas tolérable et peut poser de gros problèmes.- le logement est fait en 3 parties, ce n'est pas mentionné vraiment clairement également (pour les personnes avec des enfants jeunes...

"This hotel was in a great position to walk down to Bergerac and look around the many lovely shops and restaurants it has to offer. The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. The air con worked well in the room and there was a kettle. The only negative was that the tea bags/sugar weren’t replaced and there was no milk left. The receptionist we had for the weekend we were there (August 22-25th) was outstanding! She was very helpful, had excellent english and couldnt do more for you. As well as that she always had a smile and a hello for you when you entered or exited the building. Overall i would recommend this hotel and would go again if i was staying in Bergerac. "

"We really enjoyed our stay although it was only one night we would love to go back for longer. The dinner was absolutely amazing and very reasonable. We had a puncture overnight and the maintenance guy helped us change the wheel and pointed us to a very helpful garage "
