"Bernadette was an excellent host. Family of 4 was very comfortable in two adjoining rooms. Rooms and bathrooms have all been renovated with modern amenities . Beds were very comfortable. Host asked us the night before when we would like breakfast, her suggestion for 9:00 am was perfect time. Fresh pastries ( all homemade) yogurt, jams, juice and coffee and chocolate milk for kids, were all ready for us. We enjoyed talking to Bernadette about our travels during breakfast. "Service and location are great. We were there for just one day but were told we could enjoy the swimming pool the following day. You will find tennis tables outside. Breakfast was good. "There is no question about this small resort it is absolutely astonishing with the surrounding scenery. It just stunning! Beautiful lake and surrounding area with plenty of other breathtaking places to visit. However the lodge we had did have a problem with hot water when we first arrived but was quickly resolved. The main issue was our cabin ( it had extremely creaky floors!) this wasn’t a problem in itself. However if you had to get up during the night you’d wake up the other people you are staying with. Additionally communication with staff was difficult due to the language barrier when trying to sort problems out with the staff however they were very patient and polite. They had plenty of activities to do on site. One thing I would offer that’s not provided is basic amenities such as tea and coffee especially if you’ve travelled a long way to the site (even if you paid extra for it) otherwise very clean and tidy accommodation and again absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! "
