Over all a very good stay unfortunately during a heat wave and no air conditioning. A fan in the room and very helpful staff helped.

stay here every time I’m in Bordeaux, and it has become my favourite hotel in the city. On my last visit, I accidentally booked a room in the separate building. It was charming and perfectly comfortable, but not quite the experience I had expected. If it’s your first stay, I would definitely recommend booking a room in the main building, where the rooms are beautifully designed and really showcase the character of the hotel. The staff are consistently excellent—professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming—which is one of the reasons I keep coming back. For me, it’s still the best place to stay in Bordeaux.

The airlines misplaced my luggage and the staff were unbelievably supportive and helpful throughout the challenges of contacting the airlines. The location of the hotel is wonderful—central but on a quiet side street. Not overly luxurious but very comfortable beds and everything you need as a traveler

Great location! AC worked well. Staff was friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Room was small but got the job done.
