I was really pleasantly surprised by how nice and comfy the hotel was, as well as being clean and well maintained. The two desk clerks were very helpful also, as well as managing the small downstairs bar which was a nice feature. The place is by the train station and it seemed perfectly safe to me. The walk to the beach was just over 15 minutes, so quite convenient.

What a lovely spot! Hôtel de Provence is the sweetest hotel in Cannes. It’s quiet and peaceful but still close to the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our balcony, as well as the outdoor seating areas, and the staff were wonderful!
We absolutely recommend staying here.
