Very nice and available staff from reception to room cleaning.
Rooms are clean and kitchen and utensils are well kept. Provides huge fridge, microwave, oven top and toaster.
Room is very spacious and comfortable. Air conditionning works well, blackout curtains are good.
Hotel is well located in the heart of Montreal downtown. Half a block from a Metro station which makes it easier and more practical to move around in the city.
Double beds are very comfortable but a little small. Sofa bed in room helps if you have kids.
Restroom a bit small but shower is big.
