Apartment completely renovated in 2018 offering an exceptional view of the beach and the Albères
It is located on the 3rd and last floor of the residence not overlooked.
It consists of a bedroom with 140x190 cm bed and new shape memory bedding. A bathroom with sink, shower and wc
A living room with equipped kitchenette, living room with sofa, armchair, tv
The living room opens onto the terrace which overlooks the beach
The beach is directly accessible from the residence with no road to cross
The residence is closed and secure and monitored
