Both room and property were overall pretty nice and kept clean. It’s located right next to a school and gas station but still was super quiet at all times. Staff was friendly, only complain is strong smell of sewer water coming from the bathroom at night.

Area was decent, but the rooms was poor. Not to mention the small room size and a tiny window, Our room had the window vents broken and dirty, we had spiders in our room (probably coming from the vents), toilet seat was yellow. The only clean thing was the bedsheets. There was some noise in the middle of the night from people talking in the hallway. The worst one was the breakfast, had a couple of croissants, few slices of bread and butter and some cereals. No eggs or any sort of protein

Grotty

Grotty little motel at the back of a petrol station forecourt. Outside of the building has chunks of render falling off it. Paper thin walls, can literally hear when next door guest climbs onto the bunk bed. Dreadful mattresses, very hard & uncomfortable. Very very small room, too small to sit at chair at tiny (6 inch deep) desk in alcove. Tiny bathroom- shower cubicle not sealed, bathroom floods. No holder for shower head. Room full of condensation (dripping down wall) in the morning. Pedestrian access to car park broken and padlocked.

Located in a petrol garage. Bathroom door handle surround fell off, the window safety wire can just be pulled out. Not loads offered for breakfast. 10 min walk to train station which is good. Parking was gated. Good to sleep and go

Chambre propre, salle de bain malheureusement moins propre, pensez à nettoyer le dessous du lavabo ainsi que les joints de la douche et le carrelage de la salle de bain. Le rebord de la baignoire entre le lavabo et la vitre de protection a besoin d’un gros décrassage ! Je pense que le personnel n’a sûrement pas suffisamment de temps ni les moyens nécessaires pour éliminer le calcaire et faire les coins. Dommage car avec un peu de temps et des produits adaptés les salles de bains pourraient être nickelles ce qui permettrait une meilleure note. Quant au personnel, rien à redire ou plutôt que du positif, de longue journée et toujours le sourire malgré la mauvaise humeur de certains clients (parce qu’ils n’ont pas de « chocolatine » disponibles quand ils arrivent au petit déjeuner !!! Bref, juste quelques ajustements concernant le ménage et les notes seront meilleures.

The staff member at check in was friendly. The room was basic, with very little soap in the bathroom- both for washing hands and in the shower. The room was very hot, as there were no dans or air conditioning and the window could only be opened a small amount. It was also very noisy in the rooms. You cpuld heard everything inside and outside the hotel.

Great experience for the price!

The room was comfy and clean, everything was in great condition, the staff was helpful, and the overall environment was nice. The rooms don't really block the outside noise but it wasn't a problem for me.

Déçue de la chambre d’hôtel , pas de lumière dans la salle de bain , nous l’avons signalé à notre arrivé et rien a été effectué .. se doucher dans le noir pas pratique. En se douchant pas de tapis de sortie de bain donc de l’eau partout jusque dans la chambre .. peu de place sur le parking , obligée de se garer à moitié dans l’herbe .. ensuite la femme de ménage qui frappe pour faire le ménage et nous réveille alors que l’on devait rendre la chambre à 10h

Hôtel calme et propre, excellent accueil.

L' employé (M. Céfara) qui nous a accueilli de ce week-end du 30 mars 2025 après-midi est très gentil et serviable. Il a fait un grand effort pour nous aider à trouver un véhicule même après plusieurs échecs de contacter des chauffeurs disponibles (dimanche après-midi est très difficile pour avoir un taxi et/ou un VTC dans cette ville de St Cyr 78. D'ailleurs, pour info, le transport en commun : bus 6254 devant l'hôtel se termine à 20h30 en semaine et la ligne ne circule pas le dimanche, ce n'est pas pratique pour aller à Calicéo (SPA) Versailles). Puis, le 31 mars, un petit souci de l'interrupteur de la chambre pour pourvoir allumer la lampe en entrant, il est venu en montant à l'étage pour nous aider aussi. Un grand "like" pour lui.
