"The staff didn’t speak much English and definitely weren’t welcoming. When we reported the safe broken, they explained a technician was required who wouldn’t be present for our full stay. There was no fridge or kettle in the room, and the coffee machine only had 3 pods that we couldn’t get replenished as we didn’t want anybody in the room when the safe did not work. We did not receive additional towels or toilet paper for our stay. The room was clean but basic, the plug sockets were touch and go with travel adapters and the bedding was ripped along 2 edges. The main pain was that the air vents released a horrendous smell of rotten eggs when switched on, however the window opened over the bed meaning it could not be kept open. The price of the hotel was steep considering it was on the outskirts of Paris and was a 20 minute walk to the metro stop to get into central city. Overall, a disappointing stay."

"Tres bien situé. Proche metro, tram, bus. Grande chambre avec kitchenette. Seul hic. Plancher de la chambre n'a pas été nettoyé avec de l'eau . Je pense qu'ils passent juste l'aspirateur après chaque départ. Si le plancher aurait été propre j'aurai donné 10/10 !"

"Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Comfortable room for 4 people. Shuttle bus to Orly Airport is a plus. Really good experience in general is you are in transit. "

"The room was clean, but very small. No amenities. The bathroom was extremely small. I cannot exress enough how small the bathroom was. We ate lunch there, which was excellent. A buffet for 15 euro per person. The breakfast was supposed to be included with our room, but they said it wasn't. The cost for the buffet breakfast was 14 euro per person. We opted not to pay it. The hotel is very conveniently located next to the Orly airport. Easy walking. Don't try to wait for the shuttle which they said runs every 30 minutes. We never saw it. The cost of the room was very expensive for what little we got. The food is great if you're willing to pay for it. I would not stay there again."
