9.2/10 Wonderful! (386 reviews)
The hotel was satisfactory. Location is very good and the "live" staff was excellent and friendly. Rooms were clean when we arrived. For a 11 day stay we were only entitled to one apartment cleaning. Fresh towels and toilettes but did not replace sheets. Air conditioning was very good. Small elevator was adequate. We booked three separate apartments. Paid the same amount for all three but one was significantly smaller than the other two. They were advertised as identical but they were not. For the same price we should have gotten the same value. The definition of a "Deluxe Apartment" is inconsistent with photos provided to Expedia. The balconies in two of the apartments were good. However the balcony in the smaller "Deluxe Apartment" was unusable. Their front desk is open from 9;00 AM until 6:00 PM daily. Otherwise their is no staff on the premise. I personally was upset with there policy about early arrival. When we traveled previously, we would arrive at accommodation from the airport we would check our bags and tour until check in time, Generally we would be alerted by text from staff on duty at accommodation when our room was vacated and clean. Typically we entered our room one or two hours before "official" check in time. That to me that is common curtesy. Not here. Even if your room is vacant and clean you pay an additional 50 Euro if you enter before 1600. On top of this they also have inadequate storage for securing baggage.

The hotel looked like it was falling apart. Everywhere you look, each wall, piece of furniture and the floor was chipped, scratched and looked beyond old. The location wasn’t great, it was a totally isolated borderline creepy corner and was a 10-15 minute walk from the actual action in le marais. Our room was also awful. We had a room on an inside corner of the building meaning our only window was a small one that faced the inner part of the building. We never kept the blinds open because if you did have them open anyone can see clearly into the room since it is in the inside of the square. The one time we did leave them open, my girlfriend made eye contact with someone staying in a room across from us. And, upon looking out the window we clearly saw that everyone’s blinds were closed, likely because of the total lack of privacy. I know that not every room is like this, but if you do end up in an inside room like we did l, prepare to spend your stay in a closed off closet with no windows because you will not want to open the curtains. How this hotel has 4 stars I do not know, I’ve stayed in hostels that are in a much better condition. On a good note, the staff were friendly, and very helpful, and the lobby had these jugs of water, one with mint and lemon, one with orange and one with nothing that were always cold and refreshing which we loved.

"AC and Internet didn’t work for our entire 3 day stay, which is kind of important after a full day at the parks. The location is nice, the hotel grounds are pretty and the shuttle to Disney works. But the food and drinks are absurdly priced. Pay the little bit more to stay at a Disney hotel as this ..."
