They told me they would fix it and they never did. For five nights I stayed in a hot room. And now Expedia refuses to compensate me for the inconvenience. Expedia and the hotel said all sales are final. Another lady across from me booked two rooms and she had the same issue. They have had air conditioner issues for the longest and have no immediate plans to fix it. Book at your own risk!"Reviewed November 3, 2026Return • Dublin (DUB) - Paris (CDG)DUB - BVA • Direct BVA - DUB • Direct€669€451found 1 day agoper traveller - Hotel Faubourg Galant Paris - Handwritten Collection

LOGIS HOTEL RELAIS SAINT JACQUES
LOGIS HOTEL RELAIS SAINT JACQUES"We have stayed here many times and I would have given it five stars. However, we looked forward to our evening meal after a very long drive. Booked a table for seven, the restaurant had only two or three tables occupied. We gave our order, after one hour still no food and we noticed how busy with happy eating customers there were. Of course we complained, they forgot about us. Very upsetting and not a nice experience, at least they did not charge us for our coffee!!!"
"The hotel is ideally placed near to the motorway, so an overnight break is good. It's in a good position with restaurants and bars only a couple of minutes away. The rooms are small but adequate for what you want. The beds are comfortable. Our room on one night had curtains and and electric roller shutter so total blackout was possible. On the return journey the room only had the shutters. Showers were good and plenty of hot water. The restaurant was very clean. Breakfast was basic but there...
"Breakfast would be better but not enough staff. Beds comfortable, pillows not, towels old, decor in main area good."
