"The rooms were clean, with vinyl floors that lend themselves to noise from above. no carpet. No smart tv's , wi fi was weak unless you paid extra. Water was very warm , sometimes on the hot side. The pool was so cold it was useless. The manager was wonderful on staff other employees basically indifferent. Breakfast was the best thing and it was great. Other than that I would not do it again. When I check ou , i recieved a receipt and my bill was 300 dollars less than what i paid expedia which was odd. Expedia does not do anything about that... If I had not booked with expedia , i would have left after the first night becuase my room had no heat and i had to be moved. The stay was ok basically but all the above was true and I would not be staying there again"

"I was expecting a nice decorated and finished room. The ceiling and walls showed the drywall seams. Very tacky. Expected better from the Hampton Inn"

"This is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in the Roslyn area. The rooms are modern and clean. The fitness room has nice equipment. One downside is that the lobby and normal breakfast area were under construction and completely sealed off, which detracted from the experience. Would have been good if that were disclosed when I was booking. Another pet peeve is the $3.00 charge for a bottle of water in the room. This differs from other major hotel chains I frequent."

" Very old pillows, not fluffy at all. Towels in bad shape. Looked like that they had not been replaced in a while. Breakfast items variety can be improved. We were on second floor and were apply to feel the person walking on the third floor. We felt disappointed as it is one of the Marriot hotels."
