I love the ambience, kind staff. The pool staff was a bit aloof and didnt start the sauna's on time and I had to ask and they forgot to turn one of them on , (which wouldnt have mattered but I only had an hour and it was the reason I came) It is quite far from the train station and quite a pricey uber/ cab drive (38 euros from trouville station) but it is well worth it for the spa vibe and the beautiful floral decor around the hotel. It is a sweet spot with a great restaurant and 2 clean pools with an amazing sauna and hammam spa I really enjoyed it especially for the price

C’est la première fois que je vais dans un hôtel et que je vois autant de toiles d’araignées et d’araignées dans ma chambre.. La personne quand on a rendu nos clés nous a même pas demandé si le séjour c’était bien passé ça été exprès bonjour, merci pour la carte au revoir. Très déçue

Ne reflète aucunement les photos, A ÉVITER !

A EVITER !! Très grande déception dès l’arrivée en voyant l’état médiocre d’entretiens des espaces verts : mauvaises herbes, eau croupi qui verdi les petits murets et déchets dans les espaces verts pas ramasser. Je ne suis aucunement satisfaite de ce non-entretiens en périodes estivale. Pour la chambre, évidement pas de description des équipements de la chambre pour ne pas avoir à ce justifier, pas de mini frigo (qui aurait été grandement utiles pour notre séjour d’une semaine!) et pas de coffre fort. Une toile d’araignée sur le mur au dessus du lit malgré la pancarte pour nettoyer la chambre durant notre absence, des œufs ou début de nid ? Sur la lampe de chevet et poussière sur les rebords au dessus de notre lit : inadmissible pour un soit disant 3 étoiles ! Les terrains de tennis non pas dû être entretenu depuis des années des arbres pousse autour du terrain et je parle bien de l’intérieur ! La piscine que dire…. Les pourtour de la piscine extérieur se craque de partout, pareil mauvaises herbes partout croupissement vert sur les abord, pas de pédiluve donc autant vous dire que c’est dégoûtant, carrelage cassé dans un coin et qui nous laisse voir que derrière c’est complètement pourrit ! Dans le sauna le plafond s’effondre, et nous laisse voir le ciment, vraiment honteux de présenter de tel équipement. Un espèce de filet style plage est tendu au dessus de la piscine, mais ne vous y trompez pas c’est seulement pour cacher le plafond qui s’effrite, plutôt que de le réparer…

Le cadre est très joli , le dîner bon , petit déjeuner aussi. Par contre la chambre 12bis est à éviter….. la rue est passante et l’isolation phonique mauvaise. Heureusement que nous avions des bouchons d’oreilles ! Dommage !

Hôtel mal noté à son détriment. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Les chambres refaites récemment sont très agréables ainsi que les parties communes bien décorées. Un bon moment qui se prolonge a table. Service de qualité. Mets fins... Allez y les yeux fermés

La structure est jolie et bien située. La chambre est vieillotte mais confortable. Par contre, la salle de bain est très défraîchie: radiateur rouillé, baignoire et autour vitre jauni. Barre de maintien pour intérieur baignoire avec les vis très rouillées.

Superbe établissement

Ca n’est pas une première au clos Saint-Gatien pour moi, j’y suis toujours reçu extraordinairement. Le personnel et son directeur son extrêmement sympathiques, les chambres confortables et agréables, la propreté impeccable, et la carte du restaurant offre un superbe choix de plats tous meilleurs les uns que les autres. En bonus, les piscine et sauna qui permettent de se détendre en fin de journée. Je recommande chaudement

Ingen god opplevelse

Rommet var på loftet og man måtte krype rundt sengen hvis man var over 100 cm. Veldig varmt på rommet på ettermiddagen og åpnet man vinduer for å lufte kom myggen inn. Ikke mulig å stå i dusjen og alt var gammelt og slitt. Service i restauranten var dårlig. Satt minst 30 min uten å få meny eller bestilt drikke enda det bare var 6-7 bord. Maten var god. Pent sted, men mye støy fra trafikk. Bassenger var i dårlig forfatning og fullt av maur.

Personnel très accueillant et à l’écoute, petit déjeuné parfait, pour le reste malheureusement; chambre : moisissures sur les murs en briques moellons et joint de carrelage sol sdb, odeur de moisit et renfermé, poils et miettes sur le lit, sol en stratifié avec flaque d’eau de nettoyage qui a mit plusieurs heures à sécher lors de notre arrivée. Sauna beaucoup trop chaud (110°) moisissures sur des parties de placo non finit, sol piscine extérieur dégradé ? Photo sur le site idyllique, en réalité moins.

Une soirée agréable dans un cadre un peu décevant

Un hôtel où nous avions déjà sejourné plusieurs fois par le passé qui s'est "modernisé" et a ainsi perdu une partie de son cachet. Le sallon et la salle de restaurant n'ont ainsi plus aucun caractère et rappellent un hôtel de chaîne sans personalité. L'éclairage y est trop vif et l'accoustique bien peu feutrée. Cependant, l'accueil et le service sont toujours très agréables et attentifs et la chambre, simple mais confortable était accueillante.

Great for a short family trip

Nice family hotel. Pool is very nice situated and clean. People are friendly. Rooms are clean, but not very modern. Hotel is nearby the Normandy coast with the D-Day memorials, nice beaches like Deaville, beautifull villages like Honfleur, famous buildings like the Port de Normandie and eyecatchers like the rocks of Entretat.

This hotel has seen better days

Where do I start? I would expect Basil Fawlty to walk around this hotel. The staff at the front desk is friendly and the breakfast is ok. However the whole hotel complex is in dire need of renovation/repairs. The biggest swimming pool is being renovated, however this repair seems perpetual. The room was noisy and warm during the summer days. No airco. Even worse showering is impossible standing up as the bath tub is next to the slanted roof. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

Les image sur le site sa ma vraiment choqué ! quand je suis sur place l extérieur de l hôtel rien à dire c est mainifeque parking toute est bien et au top la réception paraille 👌mais à l intérieur piscine est petit chambre je ne suis pas contente elle est vraiment petite pas de machine à café n ai juste un petit truc pour chauffer de l eau ! et c est la première fois pour moi que je réserve un truc comme ça 😏

La covid 19 est partout

Mesures sanitaires non respectés. L'hôtesse d'accueil et certains clients sans masque et se deplace sans masque. Les chambres doivent absoluement etre rénovées. Buffet Petit dejeuner très leger par rapport au prix.
