"Things I liked - free parking. I find it absurd when a hotel charges you extra to park where you’ve already paid to stay the night, so that was good. Rose was very helpful when we checked in and made sure we had what we needed. The room was decent enough, but rated down a star for 2 reasons. First is the extra slippery shower floor. "The hotel was under renovation We could not go thru lobby we had to enter a side door and walk thru fitness center Our room had been renovated so the room was very nice and clean but the hotel in Reno mode was a mess. Even outside. Giant scaffolds and lifts. Mess. No pool hard to park Disappointing bc I had no idea when booked it would be like this"
