House built in 2012 with eco-friendly materials (terracotta, lime, cork, and wood) of 160 m² in a magnificent setting between ocean and forest.
Large 1100 m² garden planted with pines and holm oaks, 150 m from the shore with access via a small path through the dunes. The house is modern and spacious with comfortable volumes.
On the ground floor, a 50 m² living room/kitchen with an island opening onto an 80 m² terrace, a pantry, a toilet, a bright 15 m² bedroom with a double bed, and an en-suite 10 m² bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Upstairs, there is a large 30 m² attic bedroom with a double bed, en-suite shower and toilet, as well as a 50 m² attic dormitory (preferably for children) with an en-suite sink and toilet.
For a pleasant vacation with family or friends, you'll appreciate the fine sandy beaches and nearby forest, as well as the peace and quiet and nature.
