Perfect location a 2 minutes walk to the main boat/bridge area. A really good/big bathroom. Asked for Twin room and got it. Heat wave while we was there so the air conditioning was amazing. 100% will return.

The room was clean, had a refrigerator, safe & coffee maker & supplies. They also had coffee maker and cold water in the lobby for us to use. You have to ask for the room to be serviced daily. The negative is that the room location was not good. You can hear the elevator going up and down all night. Also, no privacy because all the room in the back face a corridor and each other which meant you can’t open the curtain. The hotel is near shopping & food facilities. Walkable to the train central station, 17 min walk. Found places to eat, had my nails done, bought fresh fruits, laundry facilities near buy.. walkable. The staff is helpful.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It was walking distance to all of the sights we wanted to see, with many of the more famous chocolate and waffle shops nearby to explore. There’s also some higher end shops for shopping as well. With the Expedia benefits we also had a room upgrade with a view and bottle of cava in our room which was a nice touch. Rooms were standard size for Europe, small but not cramped. They were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Brussels!
