  • Located 600 metres from the beach (La Pelle à Porteau), near Boisvinet and the coastal road, this pleasant, tastefully renovated 90 m² home can accommodate 6 people.
    It opens onto a terrace with an enclosed garden.
    The living area (living room and fully equipped kitchen) is very bright.
    Three separate bedrooms, one bathroom, one shower room, and two toilets complete the layout.
    All local amenities are accessible on foot or by bike.

    The 30m² living room-dining area-kitchen, which is very functional, is perfect for festive gatherings with family or friends.
    The open kitchen is fully equipped with cabinets, a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, glass-ceramic stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and freezer.
    The living room opens directly onto the terrace and garden, which face southeast and are fully enclosed.
