Ideally located 700 meters from the Grande Plage in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, this villa is perfect for enjoying the sea, bike rides, and the beauty of the region.



Ideal location

At only 700 m from the beach, 800 m from the marina, 900 m from the hypermarket and 1.7 km from the train station, you will be at the heart of all amenities. The bicycle paths at the foot of the house will offer you a perfect opportunity to explore the region by bike. Moreover, walks along the Jaunay will allow you to immerse yourself in nature and enjoy peaceful and preserved landscapes.

On the ground floor, you will find an entrance with a closet leading to a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, microwave), ideal for preparing good meals.
