New, unique, sea view, beach, dune, boats with harbour entrance, for dreamlike holidays, in a building dating from 1940 (former hotel) part of the Heritage list, a new 2-room apartment of 40sq.m 500 m away from the town centre and the train station in the district of Boisvinet, south-facing apartment on the ground floor for 2 to 4 people. Landscaped terrace with garden furniture of 10 sq.m, living room with equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, television, leather sofa-bed (in style of bed, 2 sleeping arrangements), table, chairs, sideboard, crockery, etc. Shower room with shower, furniture, toilets, bedroom with bed of 140, underfloor heating, cellar with washing machine, private and secured car park, bike shed, pets allowed under condition, non-smoking rental, beach and garden with children's games 40 m away. You can rent just for a weekend out of school holidays.

Sea view

The property was well placed and ideally suited to our needs. Unfortunately when sitting outside at the front there was a strong smell of sewage from the drains, we could only use the back area to sit out in, which was the parking area. The accommodation was not very clean and was cluttered with owner’s belongings. We slept on the bed settee due to small double bed in bedroom (my husband is a tall man). I loved the area but would not stay in the same accommodation. The upside Joel was really nice and helpful, left us a bottle of fizzy rose.

Les +: logement parfaitement entretenu, literie de qualité, cuisine équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut, très jolie vue mer. Les -: la table de la terrasse côté mer est beaucoup trop petite pour y manger à 4 et même un peu juste pour 2. Il faut aller chercher celle de l'autre terrasse qui est très lourde. Il n'y a que 2 chaises par terrasse, ce qui est insuffisant pour 4 à moins de les transporter. Enfin, celles de la terrasse côté parking sont très inconfortables pour manger. La décoration ne nous a pas vraiment plu, mais ce n'est pas grave. Il faut payer pour tous les suppléments: draps, serviettes, ménage, late check-out.
