110 Sandpiper Run - Resort Access and Golf Cart Included!

Welcome to 110 Sandpiper! This marsh-front home, with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, is located on the north end of Fripp Island in the quiet Quail Cove neighborhood. With two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this is the perfect getaway for small families and groups looking for seaside relaxation. 110 Sandpiper is just a short golf cart ride to the beach (with 24/7 access) and several Fripp Island amenities, including pools, restaurants, golf courses, tennis, and pickleball courts.

This tucked-away retreat comfortably accommodates up to four people. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed with a private full bathroom and access to the large screened-in back deck. In the guest bedroom, there are two twin beds, a walk-in closet, a private full bathroom, and—best of all—a private deck located on the front of the house.

110 Sandpiper offers plenty of room to spread out, with a cozy living room and large, open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and offers access to the back deck, where you can enjoy more incredible views as you hang out and cook with family and friends. This home also offers a full-sized washer and dryer and a one-car garage.

A 4-seat Fripp Island Resort golf cart is included with your stay (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to Island BItes for some ice cream!

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all the essentials needed for a longer stay, including groceries, grab-and-go items, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike those of others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
