"This was our 3rd family visit to Fripp. This place did not disappoint. Kathy was super helpful and extremely responsive. The house had plenty of space and the location was phenomenal!! The Fiddlers Cove neighborhood is quiet and perfect. The crab dock and close park makes it a great spot for families. The fire pit was led to an unexpected great night. We will be back!!"

"We stayed as a family of 5 at this home and enjoyed every second! It was a great gathering spot with truly a stellar view of the tidal marsh and sunsets. Central island location was perfect. The house feels like a beautifully done clean modern Low Country beach house with all the vibes! The 2 golf carts were a huge plus to explore the whole island. The beach and crabbing bridge are all in walking distance. The host was extremely attentive, communicative, and welcoming. We’ll definitely stay here again!"

"When we arrived at 8pm at night with 4 kids after travelling for 8 hours, the host, Fripp Island Resorts team, Ken Gurrero cancelled our reservation at the last minute, had Fripp Island security come to kick us out of the property. I was attempting to contact VRBO to get help and Ken kept calling back saying that if we didn't get out of the property immediately he would call the Police, and he did 15 minutes later while i was chatting with VRBO support the police arrived. Instead of fighting this major disaster with 4 tired and hungry kids, we got a hotel for the night. Needless to say our Spring Break Family was a disaster because of Ken Gurrero and Fripp Island Resorts. "

"Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and grilling. Bedrooms are large so plenty of space! We had a great five days on fripp with our family of 5 plus grandparents. It was so relaxing. Lived the golf cart (and beach chairs and towels etc..) were there so we did not need to figure out renting one. Truly a good old fashioned family vacation and the kids are already talking about going back next year!"

"You will not find a better value for your money than this on Fripp! It was the perfect place for my family. Loved the screened in porch for breakfast. Beautiful day bed in the sun room. Lon, the owner, was super friendly and responded quickly to my emails. Fantastic house for a beach getaway!"
