• Outdoor Activities: explore the natural beauty of the area with outdoor activities like cycling along the scenic Vélodyssée coastal bike path, surfing and paddleboarding at Plage des Demoiselles, or embarking on a guided nature walk through the picturesque marshes and salt flats of Marais Breton.

Regulations

• Under French law, camping accommodations for work-related travel cannot exceed two people.
• Unaccompanied minors without one of the holders of parental authority cannot be accepted.
• Only individual bookings are accepted. Group reservations, defined as 2 or more accommodations or 12+ people travelling together for the same reason and on the same dates, are not allowed and will be cancelled without compensation. Please contact us directly for group booking inquiries.

Fees Upon Arrival

• Eco tax: €0.69/day/person
• Daily tourist tax: per person. The amount may vary, check with the local municipality for details
• Damage + cleaning deposit: €400 (to be paid on site, card only)

• End-of-stay cleaning: €90 for 2 bedrooms, €110 for 3 bedrooms
• Pet fee: €7.50/day/pet (max 2 if under 15kg, 1 if over 15kg)
• Bed linen kit: €21 per bed (1 sheet + 1 fitted sheet + 1 pillowcase) (upon reservation, subject to availability)
• Bath kit: €10.50/kit/stay (upon reservation, subject to availability)
• Parking: 1 spot next to the mobile home. Additional indoor parking available
• Baby cot or high-chair: €5.50/day/each, minimum 2 nights in low season and 7 nights in July/August (upon reservation)
• Plancha grill: €6/day, minimum rental of 2 nights in low season & 7 nights in high season (upon prior booking)
• Laundry: €5 per token
