Charming house 600m from the ocean for family holidays
The residence La Grande Plage welcomes you about 4km from the center of St Jean de Monts in Vendée, on the Atlantic coast and only 600m from the large sandy beach. The residence forms a quiet and well maintained village. The nearest shops are located in the Demoiselles district (bakery, rotisserie, supermarket, bar tobacco and large market on Mondays and Thursdays morning in July and August) about 2 km.
The house is composed of:
- a very well equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster kettle, fridge TOP)
open to the living dining room
- a room with a bunk bed in 140 with new bedding, a closet and a bedside table
- a second bedroom with a bed in 140 with new bedding, a closet and a bedside table and in this there is access to the laundry room
- a bathroom with a shower and a vanity unit
- independent toilets
- a laundry room with cupboards and a second TOP fridge
- a terrace with garden furniture and parasol
- a garden with direct foot access to go for a walk
This accommodation is in very good condition, very well maintained and comfortable, it is an ideal accommodation due to its condition and geographical location for a family vacation by the ocean away from the excitement of the season!!!!
