Detached single storey house comprising a living room with sofa, 2 armchairs and 3 poufs, television, DVD player, stereo, bar area, independent kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, one bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm and cupboard, and another with double bed 140 cm, 2 bunk beds of 90 cm and cupboard, bathroom with bath and cupboard, separate toilet, garden with terrace facing south, garden furniture for 6 people with parasol, 2 sun loungers, barbecue and possibility of parking 2 vehicles in the garage driveway.

House ideally located 1500 m from the ocean, 800 m from the city center and 400 m from a hypermarket. Close to all amenities, it has been completely renovated and will allow you to make the most of all the activities available in the surrounding area (beach, bowling, tree climbing, bicycle rail, Ile d'Yeu, Noirmoutier island, forest, markets, traders, laundries, etc.).

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits et cela fut très agréable. Nous sommes venue avec nos 2 bouledogues français et la maison est parfaitement clôturé. Très bien situé et propreté parfaite et hôte très réactif en cas de besoin

4 nuits à St Hilaire de Riez

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette charmante maison décorée avec goût et sans superflu.Notre chienne berger australien a apprécié le jardin clos et la petite terrasse ombragée par un store. Les commerces sont à proximité, tout comme les plages et les forêts. Une belle découverte de la région. Une propriétaire à l'écoute et merci à Rémi pour sa gentillesse.

Petite maison agréable et bien située. Beaucoup de luminosité. Cuisine équipée avec espace repas. 2 chambres avec placards intégrés. Literie impeccable. Un espace extérieur clôturé, petit mais d'une surface suffisante. Terrasse plein sud protégée par un store banne motorisé pour des repas à l'ombre. Pas de vis à vis. Séjour mi-mai 2025 et peu de maisons occupées dans la rue car nombreuses locations saisonnières ou résidences secondaires. Le Top pour des vacances au calme !

Cette maison est un véritable bijou, la décoration est raffinée, les équipements très bien, la maison est très propre, le jardin très bien entretenu et clôturé. C'est très calme et la mer avec ses belles plages à quelques minutes c'est idéal. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, nous y reviendrons l'an prochain c'est certain. Merci à la propriètaire qui suit par mail ses locataires pour savoir si l'arrivée et le départ se sont bien passés. Je conseille vivement

St Hilaire de Riez

Location très agréable. Un lave linge serait un plus. Contact et échanges faciles avec la propriétaire. Les relations avec les gestionnaires de la location méritent un peu plus de clarté et d'informations précises (impression que les vacanciers sont gérés à la chaine, ce qui n'est pas forcément agréable)
