Cette charmante propriété de vacances de 1700 m², située au coeur d'une pinède, est l'alliance parfaite entre nature, confort moderne et authenticité.
Construite dans les années 60, la maison principale et son annexe peuvent accueillir jusqu'à 10 PERSONNES L'ETE et 6 PERSONNES EN DEHORS.
Très bien entretenue, la maison principale, au look rétro actuel, peut accueillir 6 personnes maximum et se compose d'un séjour lumineux et d'un coin salon intime. La vue est apaisante sur la pinède environnante. La cuisine est petite mais très bien équipée, et les chambres sont indépendantes ; l'une avec 2 lits simples et les 2 autres avec 2 lits doubles. La terrasse couverte est l'endroit idéale pour des repas en plein air.
L'annexe - louable uniquement l'été - est une extension de la maison et peut accueillir 4 personnes maximum. Les 2 chambres sont très spacieuses et se composent chacune, d'un grand lit double.
Des balades le long du sentier forestier seront agréables, tout comme les pistes cyclables qui vous mèneront directement au centre ville de Sion et à la plage (Réf Les Trolls)
