The living and dining area serves as the heart of the property, featuring a sofabed measuring 90 cm by 190 cm, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace, making it a versatile and welcoming space for relaxation and meals. The first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm, offering a comfortable retreat for couples or individual guests. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm by 190 cm, providing a practical and space-efficient sleeping arrangement ideal for children or additional guests. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC. The open kitchen is thoughtfully integrated into the living space and connects seamlessly to the overall layout of the home. Please note that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping options are available than the maximum number of guests permitted, which may under no circumstances be exceeded.
