The "La Salanquaise" is a 4-room terraced house with an area of 80 square meters spread over three levels. The living/dining room is without a window but features a TV (flat screen), DVD player, and a collection of DVDs, as well as a fan. The kitchenette is located in the entrance area and is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill. There is a separate WC on this level. The upper floor has two rooms, both without windows, each with a sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan. Additionally, there is a shower and a separate WC on this floor. The second upper floor, accessible by a steep stair, has one room with a French bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), a TV (flat screen), and air conditioning.
