This 70 m2 apartment consists of a living room, dining room completely furnished opening onto a terrace overlooking the rue vauban, 2nd seafront line.
The equipped kitchen, separate, itself opens onto a balcony facing the interior courtyard.

The night area has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed on the interior courtyard side, the other with 3 small beds overlooking the street.

A private parking space completes this set.

To pay the tourist tax and a deposit via Swikly.
