Stay in this charming apartment located in a residence located on the sea esplanade. You will only have to cross the road and you will be on the beach.
This apartment is only 800m from the "Demoiselles" district, shops and food market of the Avenue de la plage.

The apartment (approximately 48m²) is located on the 3rd floor in a residence with Elevator. It has a small garage located at the rear of the residence.
You can enjoy a beautiful side view of the sea.
