With an independent entrance, it offers all the necessary comfort for a seaside vacation.

The apartment has two large comfortable bedrooms: the first is equipped with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190), while the second offers a double bed (140x190). The bright living room includes a sofa bed (130x190). A fully equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.) and a bathroom with toilet complete this functional accommodation. You can also enjoy a pleasant veranda and a large 40 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing moments outdoors.

The apartment is completely independent from the accommodation located on the ground floor of the villa, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Two private parking spaces are also available.
