The apartment had everything you would need, except there were no washcloths and not enough kitchen towels. The internet went out one day, but was restored after a few hours. "We loved this apartment. It was on the most beautiful street, so close to everything. No wifi—which made it difficult for us to communicate properly with the property manager, but that was our issue, not hers. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be back. We loved Annecy!"

Unfortunately on arrival we found that the previous guests had left parts of the apartment uncleaned and the concierge had missed this.
