"This is a great hotel with incredible lake access. The staff was friendly and having the dock and lounge chairs, along with pleasant places to sit in the shade really made our stay here. The property was lovely and we enjoyed breakfast at the hotel Our room was a little smaller than we expected. We were two adults and two teens in one of the loft rooms for a four night stay. Not a ton of space to move around and store things. It was also during a 95 degree heatwave in Aug and unfortunately the in room AC was not strong enough to cool off the loft portion of the room. We were given a fan, but it was still quite hot. Also, be aware there is no door between the portion of the bathroom with the shower and the bedroom. With two teens, this lack of privacy was a bit challenging to manage. There is a door to the small room with the toilet. This would be a great place for a couple or a shorter stay for a family."

"Our stay at Sebastian's apartment was perfect. The property is ideally located just walking distance to a charming village, and a little further to a popular beach on Lake Annecy and the nearby bike paths around the Lake. Bus transport was close by, and handy for travel into Annecy, which can be quite crowded especially on weekends and holidays. The apartment was spotlessly clean with all essentials provided, including a private patio/garden area and car parking. Sebastian was a friendly and helpful host, and we would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation. Jenny and John R."
