The location was utterly fantastic, right next to the main station and tram route so real easy to get around the city.
The only downside was I had a ground floor room facing the street the was noisy with passing vehicles, trams and hearing people, also street cleaing happened around 3am and that woke me up also.

Communal areas were really nice, enjoyed the courtyard in the evening and for breakfast. The staff were really fantastic and so helpful. The rooms basic and a but shabby compared to the appearance elsewhere but perfectly adequate for the reasonable price I paid at short notice.
