Love staying here - well priced and central to a lot of areas in Montreal

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was very poor from start to finish. The phone number was not provides to contact the help desk, so whenever we needed assistance, we had to go downstairs to the front desk ourselves. The room was also not properly equipped. There were no bathroom doors. For the price we paid, we expected much better facilities and service. The hotel did not even include breakfast, and basic amenities such as slippers were not provided. Overall, the hotel was overpriced and failed to meet even basic expectations. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had, and we would not recommend staying here.

Clean, safe and in a great location. Person as check in was friendly and helpful in helping us find our way to the Bell Centre for an event. Not too fancy or extravagant, but wasn't looking for that.
