Completely renovated in 2016, the insulation and the quality of the equipment at the Doux Verger cottage is classified 3 ears and allow you to stay comfortably in summer and winter.
You have, for private use, a fully enclosed (secure) garden out of sight, with an equipped terrace (sunbathing, barbecue, garden furniture, parasol, ...)

A stone's throw from the seaside, beaches, and hiking trails, the Doux Verger cottage (like a small house) is ideal for a week of rest with family or lovers for 2-4 people.

We would be delighted to welcome you to the Doux Verger, in a rural area, just 3.5 km from the sea and the first beaches of the Emerald Coast (Saint Lunaire, Dinard, Saint Briac sur mer, Lancieux, Saint Malo) .
Mont Saint Michel is 60 kilometers away.
Classified as tourist accommodation, the Gîte offers you 43 m² of comfort, as well as a large 40M2 terrace and a fully enclosed and well exposed private garden.
The living room and the bedroom are on one level, they open directly onto the terrace and the garden, with a garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs.
The Gîte was completely refurbished in 2016 and includes:
