"Clean and pleasant property only a short walk from the old city."

"Great hotel, well situated."

"Fits the bill for a budget hotel staff were lovely "

"Good hotel"

"Lovely place to stay. Eric was very friendly and accommodating. We were very well looked after. Two fresh tasty local breakfasts started our day and a perfectly chilled bottle of wine finished our Saturday evening"

"Nice room, great staff!"

"I’ve used IBIS before and can honestly say that my stay was great. Great staff, friendly, accommodating, happy and helpful. Would definitely visit again"

"Perfect for business travel "

"Stayed here whilst visiting a chateau in the area. Lovely peaceful surroundings, giant chess in the vast gardens and a tree swing. Added bonus for us was the free electric charge points. You had to get a code from reception and they were only slow chargers but that was ideal for us as we plugged in overnight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet clean room overlooking the gardens. Perfect venue for a bigger gathering too."

"Beautiful property in historic French countryside manor. Quiet and peaceful... wish we had more time. Hope to go back sometime. Great for travelers moving between Paris and Brittany regions."

"Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent location, Would definitely return"

"Hotel ideally situated to explore Fougères There was free parking a short distance away"

"Good hotel to break the journey to our final destination. Very pleasant staff, good room which had all amenities. Fougere a is very interesting place to stop - better than we expected !"

"Very nice place to stay. Great room and ensuite. Nice owners and really enjoyed the home made honey"

"We had an overnight stop at this property on our way back to the ferry. Our stay was very pleasant and the hosts were very friendly. The property was very clean and they catered for all needs, tea, coffee, water etc in the room and I even got a recipe for a wonderful courgette marmalade. The property is not too far from Vitre which is a beautiful town and definitely worth a visit."
