Très bon séjour

Résidence familiale très tranquille et agréable, la piscine est très agréable avec peu de monde. Appartement bien agencé avec une vue sur mer magnifique. Avons adoré notre séjour.

Bon emplacement, calme et familial. Séjour appréciable. Plages accessibles à pied si on a pas peur de devoir remonter la côte. Super pour plonger avec masque et tuba ( attention aux galets, ça glisse)

mieux que je ne le pensais!

appartement top, plus grand qu'il n'y paraît sur les photos! Vue magnifique sur la rade de Toulon, port de St Mandrier calme et agréable, pas trop touristique, donc top pour nous. Résidence très calme et très propre, comptez en plus 40E pour la piscine, 11E pour le tennis (pour une famille). Sylvaine est très sympathique, et l'appartement est très bien équipé. Rien à redire si ce n'est le règlement un peu strict de la piscine. Location au top +++

Magnifique vue

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, propre et bien aménagé. La vue mer sur la baie de Toulon et le village de St Mandrier permet d'apprécier un magnifique coucher de soleil chaque soir !

Logement satisfaisant

Le logement est fidèle à l'annonce et aux photos. Bien équipé et assez spacieux pour une famille de 4 personnes. Terrasse agréable. Résidence calme. Et petit plus non négligeable : la clim ! La propriétaire est très disponible par téléphone si besoin. Pour ce qui est de l'accessibilité de la résidence, oubliez les vélos car résidence sur les hauteurs et ça monte ! Même à pied, il faut du courage par 30°C avec une poussette ! Saint-Mandrier est une ville sympathique mais il faut savoir que c'est très militaire et que cela gâche un peu le paysage (terrains clos et des km de murs militaires au bord des routes). En outre, peu de festivités en juillet (mois où nous y sommes allés). Heureusement, la Seyne sur mer n'est pas loin... Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances mais nous ne retournerons pas à St Mandrier précisément. Cependant, possibilité de prendre le bateau bus pour aller à Toulon ce qui est très sympa.

Il posto è bellissimo, si...

Il posto è bellissimo, si tratta di un residence sulle colline che si affaccia da ambo le parti sul mare. L'appartamento è funzionale alle vacanze,attrezzato ma non strapieno di roba, con lavastoviglie e lavatrici nuove. C'è una vetrata ed un terrazzino con clamorosa vista mare.Noi vi abbiamo trascorso delle vacanze molto belle e gradevoli, abbiamo apprezzato il pesce fresco delle bancarelle dei pescatori, la carne del macellaio del borgo e le baguettes sempre calde di forno. ci sono delle belle spiagge molto vicine. Le Cavalas per chi ama i fondali puliti e rocciosi, un pò selvaggi e le Sablettes per chi vuole una spiaggia di sabbia attrezzata. Nel residence c'è anche una bella piscina a 50 euro la settimana e campi da tennis. Tutto molto tranquillo. Tanti ristorantini sul porto per chi non vuol cucinare.Noi abbiamo fatto vacanze bellissime e vorremmo ritornarci sicuramente.Tutti gli abitanti del posto ci sono parsi gentili e cordiali ed hanno preso molto sul serio il nostro desiderio di relax.

"Idéal pour une famille a...

"Idéal pour une famille avec des enfants, une chambre pour les parents et une pour les enfants. La logia permet de prendre les repas à l'exterieur avec une jolie vue la mer! L'appartement en lui même est vraiment trés bien équipé, de nombreux appareils ménager, barbecue, climatisation... Le centre ville où il y a toutes les commoditées est à +5mns à pieds, par contre il y a beaucoup de marches à remonter ensuite!! Celà dit, le point de vue est magnifique! Nous étions trés bien installés!"
