Come and recharge your batteries in this small, tastefully furnished and very bright gîte, on the garden level of a contemporary house. From its huge terrace you can relax in peace and contemplate nature. It offers a direct view of the 1 hectare landscaped garden and the lake where you can observe fish and even fish for them. You can also discover the nearby Arjuzanx nature reserve and the Landes forest all around. Large day room with integrated kitchen (Microwave, fridge with freezer section) and living room/lounge (TV, DVD player, channel, convertible sofa in living room), 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed with television), Bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine + dryer shared. WIFI internet connection Pleasant terrace of 35m² and partially enclosed land of 1 ha. On the ground floor, very bright. Adjoining owners. 10 km from Mont de Marsan.
