"This lovely house with excellent facilities provided everything we needed for a very happy multiple family holiday from 8 to 80 years old. Spacious comfortable rooms downstairs. Bedrooms were fine but If you need a medium mattress then take a topper as all are really hard.Kitchen is really well equipped. Also utility room. Two big fridge freezers-great for large family. Outdoor seating area was lovely- great BBQ. Poolside loungers and umbrellas were invaluable. We didn’t use the jacuzzi. Huge outdoor grassed space for football, rounders and boules.We had a couple of issues with the unheated pool which were resolved promptly by the host. The pool is a bit dated but did its job and the kids absolutely loved it. We did wonder why it isn’t enclosed as per French regulations.Table tennis table, trampoline and hammocks were great.Lovely area. Nearby St Fargeau is a beautiful village and the “Spectacle” ”at the Chateau is a ‘must go’ if you are there in July and August.All in all a great family holiday spot.
